As a customer you acknowledge that my art takes time

After payment and confirmation it'll take around 1-4 weeks for your artwork to be finished, if I were to deliver the artwork after the designated time frame or not deliver it in time at all without any explanation and or without your confirmation for a deadline extension you are fully deserving of a refund.
I'll make sure to update you every step of the way in order to get your confirmation to make sure you will be pleased with the end results. I will also not take any commissions if my slots were to be full. You will not get a refund if somehow you were to be dissatisfied with the end result, since I'll be asking for confirmation in every step of the process you'll be able to know more or less how the finished product would look like

Commission confirmation & process

In order for me to start working on your commission, after determining the final price, you are to pay at least 50% of the final price, if you won’t, I'll simply won't start working on your commission as I don't intend on getting scammed nor do I intend on working for free. The full artwork will be given only after paying the remaining amount of money. This is also a solution for people who can't pay the full price right away and intend on paying me a part at the start and the remaining amount later. (You could also pay the entire 100% right away but that is entirely up to you)
 

Before the first payment

When contacting me, make sure you know more or less exactly what you're looking for, I'm not willing to go on a scavenger hunt throughout the internet and your mind's thought process just to get a full request. Make sure you ask for everything that you want so I could give you the final price, I will also not "Wing it". For a commission you are required to give me enough reference material, if the requirement is not met and you can't supply me with anymore I may charge you extra (I accept MS-paint drawings for compositional reference)

After the first payment
I'll get working on your commission as soon as I can, and I'll be in contact with you so I can make sure you enjoy the final product. By that I mean I'll be sending screenshots with what I've got. If you don't answer me right away it's generally okay, but the amount of time it takes you to answer will be doubled and added to the time window in which I need to finish your commission (for example if you don't answer and give confirmation for 1-2 days, I'll add 2-4 days to my deadline). If you're not happy with what I've sent you and ask me to change something, I may charge extra for that change (unless it's something you've explained and I've understood incorrectly).

Before the remaining payment
I'll notify you that the artwork is ready and finished, but I won't send it to you until you pay the remaining percent of the final price we've agreed on.
If you are to cancel your commission at any time during the process of making it, all rights will be reserved to me and I'll be keeping the amount paid up until this point. Make sure you explain yourself while doing that, if it's something you can't control or there's some sort of emergency we can talk this out (though the refund will still not be guaranteed).

After the remaining payment

You'll receive the finished artwork, hopefully happy with it, and what's done is done.
 

What to expect from my finished artwork
You'll get the full drawing, with everything you've paid for, if there's anything you need from me to add I could do that but I might charge extra.
My autograph will be added onto it and may not be removed, covered or cut whatsoever (if it's something specific I'm willing to talk). 
It'll be uploaded to my Twitter profile with or without a "Commission Sign", the choice is up to you. (By commission sign I mean for example the word commission with a lowered opacity covering parts of the artwork). If you don't want it published on my Twitter page make sure you tell me that before the first payment, notifying me at a later stage of the process will be too late and won't count.
The finished artwork will be yours but I will always be the original creator of it and will retain the copyright for the artwork, make sure to credit me if you post it online or do something else with it (Use the name "Bruntta" and link my Twitter when doing so). You can do everything you want with it except using it for gaining money without my permission! If you are to do so I could take legal actions.

I'll only accept payments through PayPal, and no other way.
If you were to scam me, you will be put in my blacklist, you wont get any more commissions from me, and I'll make sure to get the word out about what you've done.
You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally responsible for handling online purchases using a verified account.
You are the person who owns the PayPal account, credit card and/or bank account and are authorized to make the transaction.
One slot per person.
I have the right to refuse service under any circumstance.
If you need me to rush making an artwork for a certain date make sure you mention that before the first payment or else I won't be able to help you. Negotiation for rushing will be available but no matter what it'd be by my acceptance and you'll be charged an extra 20$.
My T.O.S are subject to change at any given moment without notice. Some exceptions may apply.
I may or may not record our conversations as videos if I feel it's needed.
